We specialize in small group personal training, which means you're always working out with a personal trainer who has customized the workout for your individual goals and needs. Each session usually has 3-5 clients - with a limit of 6. This means, in addition to the trainer, you'll also have the support of new friends during your workouts... because misery loves company! ;-)
Each of our custom workouts lasts only 30 minutes which means they are safe, fast, effective and will fit the busiest of schedules.
In addition to fat burning, these sessions will strengthen your core, regain muscle, improve your balance, and increase your stamina. PLUS they will leave you feeling energized each time you leave.
